Nate Chrisman and his wife, Mindy, live in Dayton, Ohio with their five children. Nate is the Founder and CEO of THECLEFT, a non-profit delivering critical support to teens, schools, and communities, and creator of GOODLIFE, a lifestyle, curriculum strategy, and resource brand impacting youth nationwide and empowering them to live a life they love. Nate’s and his team’s unique community based school strategy is impacting students in a significant way and has been featured and/or recommended by the:

Dr. Tammy Collins

GOODLIFE Supervisor | Associate Director At Marshall University

Tammy Collins: Tammy L. Collins, PhD, has more than 30 years of experience in translating research into practice and policy in the fields of behavioral health, justice, and education. She currently conducts applied research and education as Associate Director for the Marshall University Center of Excellence for Recovery and is an evaluation consultant for prevention in Ohio. Her doctorate of philosophy in human development and family science with a cognate area of adolescent behavioral health risk and protective factors was earned from The Ohio State University. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism/public relations from Marshall University. Dr. Collins has led administrative and applied research teams at Ohio and WV state agencies including being Deputy Director at the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services, Senior Research Analyst at the WV Supreme Court of Appeals, and Policy and Planning Coordinator at WV Division of Criminal Justice Services; as well as leading research and evaluation teams at The Ohio State University and Marshall University. Dr. Collins has served as a subject matter expert for national, state, and local prevention, youth and community development, and applied research projects. She is credentialed in prevention in both WV (Prevention Specialist II) and Ohio (Certified Prevention Consultant).

Grant Peelle

Emmy-Nominated Filmmaker | Storytelling Coach | Founder of Celebrate, LLC

Grant Peelle is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, keynote speaker, and the founder of Celebrate, LLC—a creative studio built around one core belief: stories shape lives.

With over 20 years of experience in storytelling and documentary filmmaking, Grant leads projects that uncover emotional truth and ignite lasting impact. He is one of the original mentors with Muse Storytelling—an Emmy Award-winning framework rooted in neuroscience—and has trained hundreds of filmmakers, educators, and creatives around the world to craft stories that truly resonate.

He’s led more than 50 in-person workshops across the U.S., mentors inside Muse’s global community, and recently completed his most ambitious solo project: a feature-length documentary capturing the heart and grit of a high school soccer team’s historic season.

At his core, Grant believes storytelling is more than craft—it’s service. Whether he’s leading a GOODLIFE training, filming on location, or coaching fellow creatives, he brings warmth, clarity, and conviction to the work of helping others tell the stories only they can tell.

Brandon Stewart

COO of GOODLIFE | Guide Coach | Systems Leader

Brandon Stewart is a dynamic speaker and passionate advocate for empowering others to live a life they love. With 12 years of coaching soccer at a national level, Brandon brings a wealth of experience in mentoring athletes to achieve their fullest potential. In his second year as a Classroom and Community Guide (CCG) with GOODLIFE, he has dedicated himself to fostering resilience, connection, and personal growth in students, athletes, and foster kids alike.

Leaving the corporate world to join GOODLIFE full-time was a transformative decision for Brandon, second only to marrying his incredible wife, Stephán, and raising their two remarkable sons, Beckham (a high school sophomore) and Bennett (a 6th grader). Inspired by his own journey of purpose and spiritual growth, Brandon finds immense joy in helping others embrace their potential, make intentional choices, and build meaningful relationships. His commitment to uplifting the human spirit shines through in every arena, leaving audiences motivated to pursue their own path to greatness.

Stephán Stewart

Team Development Lead | Lead Guide Coach | Client Engagement

Stephán Stewart is a Worship Pastor with over 20 years of experience in leading and building teams. She also brings experience in non-profit leadership, most recently serving as Director for Hope Rising, where she led one of four centers, mentored new mothers, supported women in crisis, and helped provide resources for families in need. Her newest adventure is with GOODLIFE! Though she’s been part of the family for a while, she’s thrilled to step into her new role as Client Engagement and Team Development Lead.

A passionate communicator, singer, and songwriter, Stephán has had the privilege of writing and recording music with SEU Worship, Ricardo Sánchez, Eddie James, and various churches locally and across the country.

Stephán’s greatest joy comes from her family—her incredible husband of 17 years, Brandon, and their two amazing sons, Beckham (16) and Bennett (12).

Bruce Barcelo

Community Advocate | Prevention Specialist | National Trainer

Bruce is the Director of Education and Prevention at Soter Technology and serves as faculty on the credentialing board for Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialists of the American Lung Association. He is a retired teacher, coach, and principal. He has taught at the University of Dayton and Antioch Midwest University. 

He has been the three-time chair of the Tobacco-Free Ohio Alliance and is an active volunteer with Parents Against Vaping E-Cigarettes (PAVE). He has written and been published in multiple periodicals, including a Vape Prevention curriculum. Bruce presents at many national, state, and local conventions and coalitions on tobacco and health-related topics. He has been the recipient of the Ohio Outstanding Health Education Award and the Healthcare Professional of the Year Award. 

He is deeply honored that God has opened a new chapter in his life, leading a team at Hope Beyond Bars Dayton prisons, which is part of the Greene County Prison Team and the Emerge Ministry Team. 

His greatest joy is his family. His wife of 51 years, Karen Sue; daughter, Beth; son, Micah; and four grandkids.

Greg Delaney

GOODLIFE Recovery | THE GOAT

Pastor Greg Delaney is a national leader at the intersection of faith, recovery, and community transformation. As Director of Development and Community Engagement at the Dayton Dream Center and Strategic Relationship Director for GOODLIFE, he cultivates strategic partnerships that deliver hope-infused solutions for addiction recovery, youth wellness, and systems-level change. He also serves as author and lead trainer for the GOODLIFE Recovery program, equipping individuals and organizations to foster lasting transformation.

A trusted voice in both state and national circles, Pastor Greg is a Faith-Based Recovery Subject Matter Expert and a proud member of the RecoveryOhio Advisory Council, where he helps shape statewide strategies for recovery and mental health. He also collaborates closely with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In 2023, he received the OACBHA President’s Award for Outstanding Partnership, honoring his commitment to bridging faith-based and clinical communities.

Grounded in lived experience, shaped by decades of pastoral service, and driven by a passion to serve the overlooked, Pastor Greg works alongside his wife, Dr. Elizabeth Delaney, to equip communities with tools that restore dignity, healing, and sustainable hope.

Beth Delaney

Curriculum Supervisor | GOODLIFE’s Designated “Smarty Pants”

Elizabeth A. Delaney, DNP, RN, CNS, FNP-BC, OCN, ACHPN, is a nurse leader and educator with three decades of service in oncology, palliative care, and whole-person wellness. She serves as Chief Nursing Officer & Vice President of Supportive Services at 4CancerWellness, Chief Wellness Officer for Her Story House, and Lead Program Evaluator with The Cleft/GOODLIFE—advancing evidence-informed, nurse-led models that integrate clinical excellence, compassion, and practical supports for women and families in recovery. 

Her career spans frontline oncology nursing at Miami Valley Hospital, advanced practice leadership in palliative care, program leadership at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s James Cancer Hospital, nearly a decade of practice with Dayton Physicians Network, and faculty and academic leadership at Cedarville University. A frequent presenter and collaborator, Dr. Delaney has contributed to national conferences (including the National Rx Summit) and to the Core Curriculum for Oncology Nursing. Her service includes the Ohio Attorney General’s Scientific Committee on Opioid Prevention & Education. Recognized for impact and integrity, her honors include DBJ “Healthcare Hero,” ONS Foundation End-of-Life Career Development Award, Xenia Community Schools Hall of Honor, and NACo “Best in Category” (Human Services, 2025) for collaborative recovery work. Dr. Delaney earned her DNP from The Ohio State University and holds board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Oncology Certified Nurse, and Advanced Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse.
